Preregistration

Fill out the CAMP REGISTRATION FORM to preregister for MUSIC CAMPS. Enter your contact information and camp preferences.
​
Please include details about your camper's musical background and experiences at the end of the form. If you are preregistering for PIANO CAMP, also list additional time slots you can attend since availability is limited and subject to change.

How to complete registration

After we receive the CAMP REGISTRATION FORM, we will send out a confirmation email for you to:

Verify the time slot selected for your music camper

Pay the SQUARE INVOICE to secure your spot in MUSIC CAMP

Complete the attached participant contract agreement and medical information form (Mail in or bring to first class/session)

Please note if you are responding to your confirmation email after 3 days, we strongly recommend you re-verify the availability. Feel free to contact us with any other questions or concerns.
